Prices shown are discounted rates. Harp’s Crossing pays half of the cost for you to go. Note: These discounted rates are for Church Members only. Room rates below include the Conference Registration Fee. If you are lodging somewhere other than the Baptist Conference Center, then you will only need to pay the $80 Registration Fee to the church.
Registration Fee includes: Conference, Worship Services, and Meals (Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch and break).
THE HOTEL IS FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHTS. If you are riding on the church van, the church vans will leave the church on Thursday, April 14th.
Submitting this registration form puts you into temporary status. You will not be fully registered until we receive your payment. Please make your check payable to: Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church and give to Linda Bidez or bring to the church office. Also, write on the memo line, “Women’s Spring Event”.
